What is the format of the mentoring program?
What materials will be provided?
You will receive access to many fundraising materials, including fundraising strategy templates, ideal donor profiles, and LinkedIn checklists, etc.
How do I book the first session?
You can sign up for the mentoring program through this link whenever you are ready – for the price of $400 per month. (3 months minimum)

Can I bring more than one team member to the calls?
Yes, anyone within your organisation (paid staff, volunteers, or board members) can attend your mentoring session.
Who can benefit from this mentoring program?
The mentoring program is designed for anyone within your fundraising team, charity leadership team, and any individuals responsible for fundraising, marketing and communication efforts.
What if I have questions in between mentoring sessions?
I will be able to answer ad-hoc questions and provide feedback on anything that we initially discussed and agreed on during a previous call.
What if I need to reschedule?
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your session. I will do my best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative date. It will be your responsibility to rebook a cancelled session.
The 2 monthly calls need to be taken within the current billing period (calendar month). Unless agreed and scheduled in advance, calls not taken within the current month may be lost. No rollover will be possible. No-shows will also mean that the call will be lost. Please send an email to sabine@sabinefep.com at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule a call or inform an urgent need to cancel.
What is your cancellation policy?
The mentoring agreements are final and refunds are not available for these programs. Please review the mentoring program details and ensure your commitment before making a purchase.
